• Among 36 OECD member states, the United States ranked first with a COSTII score of 17.986(out of 31 possible points),
  followed by Switzerland(14.624), the Netherlands(12.933).
• Korea's COSTII score for 2023 was 12.111, ranking 5th among the countries surveyed.
  ∙ Asian countries in the top ten include Korea(5th) and Japan(7th).
• Korea's capability to innovate was calculated to be 67.3% of the overall leader (United States=100).
