• Among 36 OECD member states, the United States ranked first with a COSTII score of 17.343(out of 31 possible points),
  followed by Switzerland(15.303), the Netherlands(12.294).
• Korea's COSTII score for 2024 was 12.291, ranking 4th among the countries surveyed.
  ∙ Asian countries in the top ten include Korea(4th) and Japan(6th).
• Korea's capability to innovate was calculated to be 70.9% of the overall leader (United States=100).
